Mary Chabot Training presents the LSR class in a 4-hour format. To see if you qualify to pay the Refresher rate of $165 for the 4-hour class, you must meet the following:
To qualify for the Refresher class, you must meet the following:
1. You must provide a copy of your training certificate. If you don't have a copy you must attend the entire 8 hour Initial Training.
2. Your Lead Safe Renovator Certificate can be no more than 5 years old.

Classes are from 9-1
Lead Safe Renovator (LSR) Refresher Training Course includes:
A review of current MA and EPA regulations
Containment procedures
Cleaning practices
Record keeping requirements
The class includes a 3 1/2 hour PowerPoint lecture presentation After a brief review, a 25 question multiple choice exam is given with a passing score of 75%. Upon passing the exam, you will receive a certificate of course completion that will comply with EPA RRP Requirements and the Massachusetts Department of Labor Standards (DLS) requirements. The renewal certificate is valid for 5 years.
