Contractors who are interested in performing Moderate Risk Deleading activities are now able to take a 12-hour training. The training is a combination of the 8-hour EPA RRP training that all supervisors must take, plus an additional 4-hour training in the Deleading aspects.
This class also provides 4 hours of continuing education requirements for contractor supervisors
Mary Chabot Training is pleased to announce that trainings are now being offered in the 8-hour RRP training, plus the 4-hour Moderate Risk Training.
After completion of the 12 hours of training, the Lead Safe Renovator Supervisor will be called Lead-Safe Renovator Supervisor with Moderate Risk Option.
Once registered your company will be able to perform moderate risk and low risk deleading activities on homes throughout Massachusetts.
These activities include: Moderate Risk Making Intact - Making 2 sq ft intact in a room, 10 sq ft intact on exterior Component Removal – piece by piece, not demolition Covering – with approved coverings Capping Baseboards Encapsulation
Classes for the 4 Hour Moderate Risk Supplement cost is $150.
